We will accept a return for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be undamaged, in new condition with all included parts. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price (not including shipping) to your original payment method within 3 days of receipt of your return. Purchase of The Tee Topper will include a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. We guarantee the craftmanship to be free from defects during the warranty period or we will replace your unit with a new one. Should you encounter any issues with your item during the warranty period, please contact us at warranty@theteetopper.com to arrange for a warranty replacement. To receive a warranty replacement, we will first require the return (at buyers expense) of the defective unit (with all included parts). Once we receive the defective unit, we will ship you out the replacement unit (at our expense). Please include with your return: Name, complete address, phone number, email, and order number.
